How Much Protein Do You Really Need To Build Muscle?

Anyone that has ever joined a gym will have heard about high protein diets, but how much protein should you eat exactly?

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct 12, 2009 -
The guys from Shake Internet have come up with a clever little website called http://www.howmuchprotein.com

HowMuchProtein.com can calculate exactly how much protein you should eat per day for free.

Simply type in your weight in pounds, how many meals you want to eat per day and select your goal. It's that simple. The calculater will then work out your daily protein intake for each meal and day.

Chris from Shake Internet told us how they originally only built one calculater for bodybuilders before realising many other people could benefit from it also.

"We learnt that people have different goals. Some people want to build muscle, some people want to lose weight and some people want to train for endurance. That's why we came up with 4 clever calculation settings: Build Muscle, Endurance, Weight Loss and Powder & Speed."

To expand on their tool, Chris and the gang have added a foods database so users can look-up nutritional information for their favourite foods, helping them meet theiy daily protein intake targets.

"Our company is always looking for fresh, inovative ideas. We want to continue to build useful websites that add to the internet and with our large userbase of HowMuchProtein.com we are sure that we are doing just that."

If your one of the millions of us counting calories and striving to build lean muscle mass head over to http://www.howmuchprotein.com
