Homeowners in San Francisco California, there is a new company in the area that is looking to help owners with homes that are faced with the possibility of foreclosure by offering to purchase their houses. BofC is a Charlotte based company that has expanded to San Francisco. BofC has purchased homes from owners that were behind on the mortgage payments with little equity at no cost to those homeowners.
Mr. Mazyck the acquisitions manager for BofC says, "we buy houses from homeowners that need to sell their house fast to stop foreclosure whether the homeowner has equity or not", he adds "those homeowners have felt the relief of selling their house through a process called the short sale to keep from going into foreclosure while saving their money for moving expenses".
