Coppell, TX- Coppell based Great Shape Fit Club Boot Camps is gearing up for their first annual Fall Festival Charity Boot Camp. Campers will wear costumes while performing pumpkin exercises. The event is open to the general public and costs $20 per attendee with the net proceeds going to the Dallas County Affiliate of Susan G Komen for the Cure.
This event creates an environment unlike any other fitness program in the Coppell area. “Working out on a consistent basis is not easy,” says Concita Thomas, Owner of Shape Fit Club Boot Camps. “We created this event to bring out the kid in all of our campers and since we just launched a new location in Highland Village, this holiday event gives all of our campers a chance to workout together in one room.” To create a fun and playful atmosphere for the participants, the workout is set to custom, festive interval training music soundtracks powered by WorkoutMuse.com. Music is an integral part of Shape Fit Club Boot Camps because all workouts are performed while listening to soundtracks that provide fat-melting interval training instructions and countdowns that tell campers exactly what to do. This allows the instructor to focus on coaching proper form and technique rather than looking at the clock.
The workout will end with an after party at Guero's Mexican restaurant while people are still wearing their costumes.
Concita Thomas said “I love to give back to my community. More importantly, I love to use fitness as the vehicle to do so. This will be a special event that all in attendance will remember for a long time to come. Plus, getting all of our campers together in one room with costumes and pumpkins will surely be a hoot!”
The Fall Festival Boot Camp Workout will be held on Friday, October 30th at 7:30 pm at The Coppell Dance Centre in Coppell. The registration deadline is Friday, October 23rd. Attendees will start heading over to the after party at Guero's Mexican Restaurant immediately following the workout.
