This Sweetest Day, The Omni Hotel Riverfront in Detroit, MI will be transformed into a live studio filming of the book trailer for author, Versandra Kennebrew's new release, "Touch Is Great." Kennebrew and two of her Touch Is Great Ambassadors, Nora Sweidan-Demick and Joe Coleman Jr., will add a little twist to a popular couple's workshop in order to take single's and couples alike on a journey to self-love and intimacy.
Kennebrew, a self proclaimed "touch expert," has been teaching appropriate, loving touch in churches and homes across the United States since 2003. Engaged and married couples have enjoyed the interactive experience, which has transformed couples who began the workshop arguing or experiencing tension, into passionate lovers. "When we embrace self love, we allow ourselves to envision then manifest love and passion from our lovers," Kennebrew says.
A massage professional since 1999, Kennebrew has touched more than three thousand people with her compassionate gift. She also founded the Touch Is Great campaign to eradicate touch deprivation (suffering from poor loveless or inadequate physical contact). She believes by teaching what she calls "recipes that cure touch hunger," couples and families can be reconnected. Her new book also entitled "Touch Is Great" will not only educate people about the negative affects of touch deprivation, it will demonstrate how through loving intention and 4 easy touch techniques, anyone at any age can prevent touch deprivation.
