Schwartz,llc Fine Home Building, based in Malvern, PA, , has been named as one of the ‘Top 500’ Remodelers in the United States by Qualified Remodeler Magazine. “For over a quarter century Qualified Remodeler has published the annual Top 500 list; “As the longest standing recognition program in the remodeling industry—it has earned the distinction of being the most reliable and trusted list of the nations' leading performers. In fact, it is cited by Harvard's Joint Center for Housing Studies.”
This award is the latest in the list of six recent awards won by J. Schwartz,llc Fine Home Building & Remodeling; The list includes the NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) 2009 Northeast Region Contractor of the Year in the Entire House $500,000 to $1,000,000 category, two Pinnacle awards given by the Home Builders Association in the Whole House Remodel Category and the Best Bathroom Design by a Builder Category, and a national Dream Home Award as published in the Wall Street Journal.
These awards are based on quality, problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, degree of difficulty, presentation and overall sales volume. The awards range from local multi-county awards to national awards in all categories.
