The customer support and after sales services provided by Cadtek Systems have received top ratings in this year’s customer satisfaction surveys conducted by the DS SolidWorks Corporation.
The survey is conducted online and is used to evaluate the services of the reseller community which comprises more than 350 companies all over the world. The results are compiled and evaluated by the Subscription Services team at the SolidWorks Corporation and fed back to the resellers to highlight best practices and outstanding performances.
When asked to rate ‘Overall Satisfaction’

The depth of detail provided by the survey helps support and training providers focus on the needs of SolidWorks users by having participants rate which aspects of support they consider the most significant. In the two most important categories, ‘Issues Resolved in a Timely Manner’ and ‘Adequate Follow-up’ Cadtek has been ranked top and joint-top respectively from all of the major European resellers.
