See Water, Inc. is a design/manufacturing firm that provides water pump controls and solutions to the water pump industry. In 1995, See Water came into existence and the Oil Smart® Pump Controller was developed to pump water without the risk of pumping oil into the environment. The pump control is used in a variety of applications including elevators, transformer containment barriers, and underground vaults while reducing the risk of fines, bad publicity, or contaminating the environment from an oil spill.  Since the development of the Oil Smart Pump Control, we have expanded our lines of products to additional pump controls, alarms, and control panel systems through three different line of products: Oil Smart®, Water Smart®, and Wastewater. Currently, the company holds five patents (5,287,086 - 5,463,378 - 5,563,585 - 5,856,783 and 7,492,272) with additional patents pending.
Oil Smart® products have the unique characteristic of being able to differentiate between water and oil. The Oil Smart® Pump Controller, when combined with any manual sump pump, will automatically pump water from transformer oil containment barriers, substations, elevators, or any dewatering application into rivers, waterways, or the environment without the danger of pumping oil. The Oil Smart® alarm is a high liquid alarm that will indicate if oil or water is present in the event of a high liquid level condition. Oil Smart® technology allows the application to be remotely monitored from virtually any location.
Pump Control Panels are available for Oil Smart (Dewatering) Applications and Standard Wastewater Applications. All panels are engineered of the highest quality and are complete packages. The standard panels are rated NEMA 4X, include visible mounted features, consist of engineered circuitry and electronic parts manufactured within our Southern California facility and include dry contacts to work in conjunction with standard monitoring systems. We offer a variety of control panels to choose from, including custom pump control panels.
