Popular Natural Hair Care Seminar for Women Returns to Columbus Ohio

Oct. 8, 2009 - PRLog -- Columbus, Ohio – Synergi Salon owner Karen Gary is offering another opportunity for women to  attend her highly sought after natural hair care seminar on October 17, 2009 at The King Arts Complex at 12 p.m. This free seminar is geared toward women who want healthy hair and versatile style options without the mess and chemicals of traditional straightening methods.

“We want to show women they have a natural alternative to straightening their hair,” Karen Gary said. “People are becoming more careful about the chemicals they put into and on their body, so they also need a natural option for obtaining the many different hairstyles they enjoy and that's where the Get it Strait! seminars come into play.”

Gary’s seminars always fill to capacity as more women seek techniques and products to give themselves healthy, beautiful hair naturally. She expects even greater demand for coveted spots at her workshops because of Chris Rock’s new movie “Good Hair.” The movie spotlights the  highs and lows of the billion dollar hair care industry, paying special attention to chemical relaxers and the physical limitations many women experience because they don’t want to ruin their costly and time consuming hair style.

"You may be surprised to know that many women face health issues because they have not be taught how to recreate their hair style after exercising. So they just don't exercise,” Gary said. “Our Get-it-Strait workshops get to, shall we say, the root of that problem!"
