Instead of a business printing, packing and posting bills, invoices, statements or general correspondence to their customers they can save the document as a PDF file and send it through the NoMorePost.com postal system.
The system requires senders and receivers of paperless postal items to verify each other which means, unlike email, users accounts will always remain spam free.
Businesses sending paperless post to customers can also track any sent items and see when it has been read by the recipient.
Businesses will also be able to request payments for invoices by simply specifying the paperless postal item as an invoice, setting the due date and the amount. The NoMorePost.com system will then notify the user that they have a bill to pay and will continue to remind them until it has been paid or the user has marked it as paid, this will save businesses lots of time and money in follow up calls and reminders.
