HouseSavvy USA, a Massachusetts real estate consulting firm that offers hi-tech real estate services, market research and advice, will host an informational and educational workshop for homeowners, sellers and buyers searching for answers in today’s real estate environment and/or thinking of selling, buying or financing a home.
Individuals curious about the rapidly-changing real estate market and wondering when is the best time to sell, buy, finance or refinance property will find answers at this Workshop, which will be held Wednesday, October 14, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at the Radisson Hotel Plymouth Harbor.

The first part of the Workshop is devoted to timely real estate topics, including current and projected Real Estate Market Conditions, the Best Time to Sell, Buy, Refinance, the pros and cons of Selling-It-Yourself or Using a Realtor, Estimating a Fair Price, and Today’s Mortgage Options. This first part of the Workshop is followed by open questions and answers and an opportunity to meet personally with one of the speakers on individual selling, buying and mortgage questions and concerns.

Walter Hall, nationally known real estate expert and founder/CEO of HouseSavvy will lead the Workshop, joined by three HouseSavvy Partners, who have extensive experience in real estate and mortgage financing.
