We would like to introduce you with one of our special wine Ancyra Cabernet Sauvignon& Syrah, which is served just at luxury points in Antalya, including Seraser Fine Dining Restaurant.
"Ancyra", worldwide known ancient name of the capital city Ankara is given to our new blend wine produced from worldwide recognized noble red grapes “Cabernet Sauvignon” and “Syrah” both grown in Aegean Region.
This blend reveals the balance of the strength and full body of Cabernet Sauvignon with the softness and fruitiness of Syrah. This blend wine is intense with spice and black fruits aromas, mouth filling and long on the palate .
It is recommended to serve at 16-18 °C and it matches perfectly with spicy and sauced veal dishes, fajitas, spice marinated red meat grills.
