Program Overview
Influence Direct provides a monthly count of homeowners with 1,200 square feet and higher properties in the agent’s marketing geography. This count is based on home purchase dates for the upcoming month (September count is for October home purchase dates).
Agent sends approval back to Influence Direct for initiation of monthly mail campaign. Influence Direct creates data formulas to automatically calculate the following for each individual record: Dwelling Coverage, Separate Structure Coverage, Personal Property Coverage, Loss of Use Coverage, and Yearly Premium.
Within 48 hours of initiation, Influence Direct provides agent mail proof for approval. Agent signs approval form and faxes back to Influence Direct. Upon receipt, Influence Direct delivers mail campaign to USPS within 48 hours. Influence Direct also sends agent copy of mailing list. Influence Direct provides USPS postal receipt and updated daily mail tracking reports.

USPS Postage Receipts show the agent the exact date Influence Direct delivered the mail to the USPS for delivery, the total number of pieces Influence Direct delivered, and the postage class used. This receipt is stamped and signed by the postal agent at the time of processing. This receipt shows the agent’s mail went out on the promised date.
Daily Mail Tracking
Daily Mail Tracking Reports are provided to the agent detailing the total number of pieces scheduled for mailbox delivery for that particular mail day. The report shows the agent if there is any delay with the United States Postal Service in delivering the mail on schedule.
