Preparing for winter and enjoying this beautiful early 2009 fall, our Health & Wealth Systems team has recruited a top private Chef to help us prepare healthy and delicious dishes made with Kangen Water for our weekly meetings here in Hayden Lake, ID (next door to Coeur d’Alene).
Getting to know Chef Mitch has been a blast. He was trained in French cuisine, but he’s agreed to lay off the heavy creams and butter in exchange for lighter and healthier dishes made with Kangen Water. As requested, Chef Mitch cleans all our produce with Strong Kangen Water (which has a pH of 11.5) which lifts the oil based pesticides and herbicides off the produce. This makes for chemical-free delicious fruits and vegetables.
Last night Chef Mitch prepared a clam chowder soup with Kangen Water, coconut milk and light cream…absolutely DELICIOUS! Chef Mitch commented early and often about how amazed he was at how the Kangen Water really helped to pull out the flavors. Kangen Water is found in many restaurants in California and we are helping the expansion here in the Inland Northwest.
