MiTek Announces the Acquisition of the Zone Four Division of Trussed, Inc.

Oct. 20, 2009 - PRLog -- CHESTERFIELD, Mo. – MiTek Inc. and Trussed Inc. announced today that Hardy Frames Inc., a subsidiary of MiTek Inc., has purchased the Zone Four division of Trussed Inc. Zone Four provides proprietary structural connections to the wood construction industry. Hardy Frames is the industry-leading provider of metal shear walls to the construction industry. The acquisition will allow the two companies to complement each other and to offer the industry more choices in products and services.
