Lederer & Company Realtors is please to announce that Carol Fertitta has attained her Realtor’s Green Designation. She completed her core and elective courses and passed the necessary tests at the Maryland Association of Realtors Convention held at the Ocean City Convention Center last week.
The courses provide real estate professionals with knowledge and awareness of green building principles and practices applied in residences, commercial properties, developments, and communities so that they can help consumers in purchasing, retr! ofitting and operating green properties. The courses encourage the real estate professional to be an advocate for green principles in the design and uses of homes. Carol will be including tips for simple ways to conserve energy and save money, as well as, provide a variety of resources for where to find more information on new techniques, technologies, and products.
