New treatments that are exclusively available at Raya include the new color gel manicures. Customers have the option to chose from ten different colors, this type of manicure last for a month without a refill and will not chip, they are much better for the nails than acrylic. Very rare only a few salons offer this. Fay Shafarenko has over 30 years of experience and has worked in the main line for almost 28 years.
Fay also does amazing silk wrap nails, glaze glue and powders that have a like natural look and glaze buff power that can create length and look completely as if they were your own. “I have clients who have been coming to me for over 25 years” says Fay.
Another exclusive treatment available at the salon and not found anywhere else in the area is the European buffer. Used for callus and hard working feet. The treatment involves a special machine from France that use vibrations and a sander like effect to removes the calluses. Fay is a woman of many talents.
The salon also offers the opportunity for customers to have full, long, sexy hair with their hair extension options.
Great length expert stylist, Michelle LaCoff notes, “The extensions have big volume, like Victoria’s Secret sexy swim suite model hair. I personally have baby fine hair and this gave me the chance to have a full luscious head of silky locks.”
The process takes from 4 to 7 hours and costs from 1800 to 2500 for a full 5 or more bundles.
Michelle has been working for 6 years to perfect her skills. The extensions last up to 5 months. Keratin bonded (the protein that your hair is made of) 100% Indian hair can be placed at any length from 6 to 26 inches. Oil and a special tool are used to remove the individual extensions when they are ready to be removed. This process can take up to 2 hours. Great length extensions an be helpful to clients who want help to grow out their own hair, having up to 5 months of letting their locks be.
One more set of unique services the salon provides comes from the hands of Katie Tag Brazilian relaxor specialist, and color expert. She specializes in several kinds of relaxers, Mild straitening relaxors that she can use several different techniques to customize to each hair type. With 5 years experience her skill set is ready for anyone and any hair type. The Brazilian keratin, during hot months is the most popular because it strengthens weak hair, damaged, fragile hair, eliminates frizz, while making younger looking hair, cuts blow dry time in half. Makes your stands like virgin hair, complex color design and corrective color are another part of Katie’s skills. The Brazilian would need to be redone only every 5 to 6 months.
