RMI Consulting LLC (RMI), an accounts receivable management firm with offices in Houston, TX, and Philadelphia, PA has announced the acquisition of W.E. Shelley & Associates, Inc. The transaction closed on June 15, 2009.
Marc Davenport, President of RMI stated, “This transaction significantly increases RMI’s national footprint particularly within the Washington, DC - New York corridor”.
Moreover we are excited about leveraging the talent and experience of W.E. Shelley’s management, sales and recovery personnel within our organization, As a result of this transaction, W.E. Shelley & Associates, Inc will be merged into RMI’s Philadelphia operations. Willard E Shelley will serve as Vice President & General Manager of RMI – Philadelphia.
Marc Davenport believes the W.E Shelley & Associates acquisition will position RMI to continue its stellar annual growth rate of 60%.
Mr. Davenport also suggested that RMI may be acquiring additional assets before the end of the year.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
