For most Americans the Holiday season – which really starts in October – is the engine that drives a vicious cycle of weight gain and frustration:

The rolling entry starts on October the 6th and is over on the 25th of October.
“It’s an 8 week challenge to deliberately defy the norm. 8 weeks from now you could be down 20 pounds, or two dress sizes while everyone else is up 5 to 10. If you have the desire and a smart plan that allows you to get it done in the time you have, then you can have a totally different holiday season this year,” says Brandenburg.
