The property is owned by a local Spanish family, and for the last few years has been leased to other people to run. The present British couple are moving on and its now become available to lease.
This 3 Star hotel has everything you need in a rural retreat, and is situated in the main village square, at the center of village life and activity. Its 8 ensuite bedrooms are large and bright and its walled outside courtyard is perfect for relaxing or pre dinner drinks in the evening. (Did i mention the plunge pool to cool off after a long day walking in the hills?)
Our plan is to offer individual shares in the long lease, enabling anyone to share in what we hope will be a very interesting Andalusian Adventure!
We need 100,000 Euros to secure the lease and make a few minor changes to make this Hotel one of the best boutique hotels in the area.
By having lots of share holders we hope that we will be talked about by all of our owners, visited by many, and this will ensure that we can quickly put ourselves on the map with locals and visitors alike!
To reward you for your investment we will send you vouchers for the hotel to the value of your investment. This way you can come experience the hotel, give vouchers to friends or family, and we know once you’ve experienced this little gem…you’ll be keen to come back!

Once you’ve redeemed your vouchers we’ll give you a discount card for discounts off food, drinks and accommodation at the hotel…and we’ll even reserve space in busy times like peek summer and Christmas and New Year just for shareholders!
Each year we’ll share the hotel profits 50/50 and if we ever sell on the lease we’ll pay back your initial investment!
