Goldstein was recently thanked for her financial support of the city’s summer camp program by Albie Scoggins, Parks and Recreation Director for the City of Stuart and Teresa Pezzino, also of Parks and Recreation. Earlier in the year, Lauri Goldstein got in touch with Teresa Pezzino and said that she would be glad to provide up to ten one week camp scholarships.
“I recognize that many people are working two jobs and struggling just to keep food on the table. By providing scholarships for the great summer camps that the Stuart Recreation department provides, I hope to make a difference, if only for one week, in a family’s life,” commented Goldstein.
