Facelift For The Bru Restaurant In Aldeburgh

Facelift for the Bru restaurant in Aldeburgh

Oct. 6, 2009 - PRLog -- The Bru restaurant in Aldeburgh, part of the Brudenell hotel, will be included in a big renovations project planned for the start of 2010.

The hotel and restaurant will be receiving the biggest of all make-overs which will see this fantastic hotel and restaurant upgrading to a 4* status and, no doubt, more dining accolades.

The big plans include renovation of all the hotel rooms and reception areas, and a fresh new look for the restaurant, but for the regular visitors to the restaurant don’t despair, the uninterrupted sea views will still definitely still be on the menu at the Bru, and of course the terrace, where you can sit and look out to sea or watch the visitors strolling by, will definitely still be a big attraction for this very popular restaurant.

The menu will possibly see some changes but it’s difficult to imagine how to improve it.  Already boasting some stunning fresh locally caught seafood and fish and locally farmed meat from Suffolk farmers, the Bru will continue to deliver mouth-watering meals for all occasions.

The Bru will also continue with their special promotions such as Fishy Thursday, where you can get a fish and chip supper and complimentary glass of chilled wine or a pint of locally brewed Adnams bitter for just £8.50, as well as their 2 course lunches for just £10, but make sure you pre-book as these are very popular offers.
