SAP connector developed by Udyog for iTAX – A complete software solution for Indian taxation

Udyog developed an iTAX-SAP connector which can extract the data from SAP in XML format & upload directly into iTAX software. The connector is an offline & independent utility; compatible to all version of SAP.

 The process of extracting data from SAP R/3 is detailed below -
 SE38 Transaction Code is used to run the ABAP programs in SAP
 With a one time access to the ABAP programs, the Connector extracts the transaction
   data from SAP and converts it into XML format
 These XML files are importable into iTAX software by its data import utility
 iTAX’s import utility is mapped to the SAP data field with iTAX Data Filed and all the
   related statutory returns & reports will be printed from iTAX Solutions overview for local
   PC files access:
 User needs to login to the SAP development system and develop the ABAP programs
 We need to transfer/ release the objects from development to quality system
 Test the objects in quality system and release the objects from quality to production
   system
 Generate the user-defined reports in production system
 Output of the reports will be displayed in ALV Format
 These reports convert SAP data to XML format automatically.
 XML files will be created in user PC and users need to send the XML files to iTAX-Dev.

Solutions overview for shared file access:

 SAP -XML files will be created in shared dictionary at application server level.
 ITAX-Dev will be importing these XML files from the application server.
