After last night's press release , the owner of Digital Transmissions accepted an offer by Joseph Darkling to operate the bestsoftwareproducts.webs.com website in exchange for his monthly paycheck.
Shane tells us that he can not compete with Joey's offer and gladly handed over the password.
Joseph Darkling has since pulled Aces out of his personal computer by revealing that he was secretly testing software and games obtained through Digital River ( RegNow ) and he felt his testing phase was complete enough to post the items on the website.
So confident is Joey that he is betting his month's paycheck on his selected products.
** Joey's last month's paycheck was holding steady at $12,000 in sales commissions.
With software and games ranging from $29 to just below $10 Shane is skeptical that Joey will be able to maintain his recent paycheck standing that he saves toward college .
" I think it's a great site" Shane comments " But I do not see him putting another good sales commission check in his Education Fund."
Joey Darkling is a full time Student who also works as a Peer Counselor and connects with the Digital Transmissions Advertising System several hours a week .
Recently Shane has restarted the website to host several products but had yet to release anything new.
" Shane is careful." Joey tells us " We all try to be. But we need products on the site right now and the ones I have checked out will work out fine. "
Joey Darkling is now in command of the website and his changes are obvious.
" the first thing to "go" was those stupid ads. If they can't afford to advertise, they need to get a job until they can. None of us are over 19, except the owner: he is old as dirt. If we can pay our advertising, so can everyone else. " Joey tells us . " I have no sympathy for a business that is not prepared to go out in the middle of street, sitting on the sidewalk only cuts it if your offering free Hugs and Viruses."
Joey has since deleted the free advertising page and replaced it with software and game downloads.
" The Sweet thing about the games: you don't have to buy them" He says with a smile
" but you know they are less then ten dollars....And somebody is waiting on the other end to pay their bills....I think most people will buy them."

Joey reports." The site's position on the server makes it too slow to load the search interface properly and the interface has issues with IE8. I just took it off for now."
