The Village of Islandia is hosting its Fifth Annual Craft Fair and Pumpkin Fest on Saturday, October 24, on the grounds of Islandia Village Hall at 1100 Old Nichols Road.
The Craft Fair runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. While the kids are enjoying the festivities at the local pumpkin patch, the adults can stroll through the aisles as they browse and purchase handmade crafts and goodies.
From noon to 3 p.m., the Pumpkin Fest will be held for Islandia Village children to paint and decorate their own pumpkins. (The Pumpkin Fest is open to village residents.) In addition, children can participate in the costume contest, visit the Haunted Tunnel and enjoy music from The Spooky Band. There will also be hot cocoa and cupcakes, trick-or-treat bags and much more.
