Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania―
Real estate foreclosures are at an all time high and climbing. There are literally millions of foreclosed properties on the market for sale today. Foreclosure auctions are being held practically every day, with some properties selling for just a fraction of their actual value.
Guru Sherby says “There has never been a better time to buy real estate than now, because real estate is on sale, and the smart investors know that and they are buying.” Consider those who bought real estate at the bottom of the last market, back in the early ’90s and cashed out in 2004-05. They cleaned up. Well the same thing is happening now, and you can clean up this time too, but only if you have the specific knowledge tools needed to do it with.
To the uninitiated, buying real estate at the foreclosure auctions can appear a complicated and intimidating process, but it doesn’t have to be. Guru Sherby’s Buying in the Middle is an information packed, soup to nuts educational seminar that demystifies the process and takes you from how the foreclosure starts all the way through rehab to ultimately selling, renting or occupying the property. Buying in the Middle will have you buying foreclosures like a pro. If you want to take advantage of this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy foreclosed real estate at rock bottom sale prices, than you need to reserve your seat now.
It costs only $99 for this event, which will run from 8:30am-4:00pm and includes continental breakfast and lunch. It is being held Saturday October 31st at the Holiday Inn in Fort Washington, PA. For more information go to Marc Sherby’s website: www.reforeclosureauctions.com or email him at msherby@reforeclosureauctions.com. To register for the seminar go to www.digonline.org.
