New York, NY- Free Money Records CEO and artist, Freeway has rejected current promotions stating that he has an album called "Streetz is Mine" to be released on November 10th, 2009 through RBC Records. He calls the album a "fake" and the only projects he has coming out are a few mixtapes and his official album "the Stimulus Package" with Jake One on Rhymesayers dropping in January 2010.
As stated on their website, RBC Records is a California based record label run by Bob Grossi and Brian Shafton who claim to be instrumental in the careers of Jay-Z, Public Enemy, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dog to name a few. This is not the first time RBC Records have been accused of producing and distributing fraudulent albums. Rapper, NORE claims that RBC were behind his "S.O.R.E." album that he did not approve before release. NORE says that RBC, without his authority, used old, internet releases to make up "S.O.R.E."
