The house was built on the site of an existing house about 18 years ago by a local man that still resides in Bracana. It is of brick and concrete construction. It is situated close to the centre of the village.
This home would be ideal as a holiday home or holiday let although my wife and I have lived here for 4 years.

This is where it becomes a little difficult to envisage. The house backs on to another street which is higher than the front street so the garage is above the office/bedroom and is at the same level as the first floor of the house.
First Floor
The front bedroom benefits from a small balcony with spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada in the distance. It also has fitted wardrobes.

It has to be said that the house is of modest proportions but that does have the benefit that the Contribution (the equivalent of Council Tax) is very low. This year it was 33 Euros for the year.
