Plastic products are highly consumed in packaging and building industries while the consumption in plastic packaging products is dominating, which accounts for around 30% of total packaging products and exceeds the total consumption in plastic building materials by around 10%. Currently, plastic films, plastic containers, woven bags, plastic foam and among others are the major modes of plastic packaging materials. The total consumption of plastic packaging materials ranks second to paper packaging products in the packaging industry, yet far exceeds the consumption of traditional packaging materials such as glass, metal and wood. Plastics Packaging Products Zone is Spotlighted in Sino-Pack 2010
