This stock has the juice coming to push it through $2.00. This would be a 183% gain.
We wanted to get the scoop on IMSU and we asked the company to give us some due diligence which could shed light on the potential upside.
This is the email we got back when we asked for an update on what is going on @ IMSU and what was going to be happening @ IMSU.
· Addition(s) to management and advisory teams (sales & distribution)
o We have a meeting coming up in the third week of October with George and one of his associates. I will be attending the meeting with Alan and Steve and we’re planning on spending a couple of days together to go over all things marketing, sales and distribution. I have spoken with George on several occasions about him taking on a greater role in the Company – particularly in matters relating to the commercialization of MPR. I’ll be speaking with him before the meeting as we put together the agenda but I’m very excited about him taking on a more active role.
· Sign contract to develop web-based healthcare information system re. the global transmission of MPR data and billing system
o As you know, I have been working with a Montreal-based firm in putting together an agreement to develop a web-based healthcare information system that would allow the global transmission of MPR data (including our billing system).
· Long-term Manufacturing Agreement
o I have opened up discussions with our manufacturer – Thought Technologies – about putting in place a 3 – 5 year exclusive manufacturing agreement that would not only protect our pricing, but could also have the potential to turn into a broader partnership agreement – including possible distribution agreement(s)
· Sale of CDN rights to MPR and R&D Agreement with CDN company
o We are moving forward and establishing a separate CDN company that would not only conduct all our CDN research work (to take advantage of the favourable tax incentives in Canada), but would also look after the CDN distribution of MPR. I am looking at an agreement whereby iTech Medical would acquire up to 50% of this company (Salus) in exchange for a 5 year R&D agreement. This keeps Salus as a “Canadian controlled private corporation”
· US regional-based sales and marketing deal
o I expect to be discussing in detail some form of exclusive agreement with George for the State of Michigan. More details on this to follow.
· I expect that we will be filing a preliminary prospectus with the Ontario Securities Commission regarding our $5 million financing with D&D Securities in 4-6 weeks. We will likely begin the road show for the deal in early-November with an anticipated closing around the end of the month. We will be filing our final prospectus with the TSX Venture exchange to have our shares listed for trading on this ‘true’ market.
· We expect to begin testing MPR in California before the end of the year. More to follow on this.
· I have initiated discussions with Fyscan about our EU joint venture. We will be following on this after our strategic session with George, et. al. in October.

We think a $2.00 IMSU could happen very easily in the coming weeks.
