Dr. Joel Frazier, Dr. Ram Singh, Dr. Houshang Seradge, P. Denny Oreb
Orthopedic Institute hosted a retirement reception for Executive Vice-President P. Denny Oreb at Bourbon Street Café on September 29. Mr. Oreb has been a long time contributor to the organization with over sixteen years of service. Dr. Houshang Seradge, founder of the Orthopedic Institute said “We are all very appreciative of the ideas Mr. Oreb has brought to our group. He has been instrumental in helping our organization grow and expand services for many years.” Mr. Oreb joined with Dr. Seradge when he was a single practitioner. During his tenure with the group, Mr. Oreb helped develop the practice to an eight physician specialty orthopedic practice. Over the years, the group has added ancillary services that include: The Therapy Center, MRI services, an outpatient surgical center, and an eight bed specialty hospital with emergency room. Mr. Oreb has been very involved with the development and implementation for these additional units.
Mr. Oreb has launched a new consulting company to help other physician groups looking to expand practices by adding services. Oreb Healthcare Consulting Services will focus on designing plans that will allow specialty physician groups to provide all the services needed by patients. Additionally, Mr. Oreb will work with groups in urgent need situations to resolve practice challenges particularly in the area of hospital administration, and services expansion. Oreb Healthcare Consulting Services will primarily work with practices in the Western half of the United States.
Mr. Oreb said “I have really enjoyed working with the Physicians at Orthopedic Institute and the organizational development that has been achieved here. The move to consulting will enable me some additional freedoms to travel and the opportunity to spend more time in my home state of Washington.”
