Ft. Lauderdale, FL – Ft. Lauderdale Criminal Defense Attorney Leah H. Mayersohn, of the Mayersohn Law Group, P.A., got all charges to not be filed against her client who set-up and was operating a marijuana grow house.
Mayersohn’s client was a young adult who decided to start a marijuana grow house with of friend of his to earn extra income. The client rented an apartment and began growing the plants inside the apartment. He had set up a full grow house operation. Law enforcement raided the grow house and arrested the client.
Mayersohn was able to show that there was a problem with one probable cause for the search warrant as well as a problem with the seizure of the evidence coupled with the matters presented. The client went from facing a minimum mandatory sentence ranging from three to fifteen years to having all charges dropped by law enforcement.
