Grove Group offers companies email and security services from a variety of industry leading vendors. To simplify the administrator accessibility for a variety of offerings, Grove has developed a portal whereby a host of services from Google, Zimbra, RandomStorm, Kaspersky, intY, ClearFormat, and many other Grove services, are integrated into one access point.
The portal, with Two-Factor authentication capability, will provide customers with better accessibility across their cloud services, adding value to the end-user's online experience. The smart interface is customised for each customer that signs up to multiple Grove enterprise services. It will only provide access to service portals that the customer has paid for, but it will also showcase other login pages that can be accessed when customers do potentially sign up for additional business solutions..
Grove's customer base is scattered across the globe, yet now all their customers can access the same SSO platform in one location. Grove's MD and Head of Technology Development, Philip Witheridge commented on the launch stating this is just one more business application to add value to Grove's current set of SaaS solutions, "Cloud Computing is a business model that has accelerated the time to develop new enterprise-competent business services. The SSO will continue to develop, but will not interfere with the client's browsing experience. It all happens in the cloud. These are offerings that do not require any client coercion or additional maintenance costs. This is an add-on service that our clients do not pay for. We believe this once again shows the benefits of online business applications and cloud computing."
This new online access point fits perfectly with Grove's mission to develop, distribute and deploy premium SaaS offerings to customers across Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
