Language Marketplace is one of the first Translation Services providers in Canada to be Certified under the new CAN/CGSB-131.10 from the Government of Canada, Canadian General Standards Board.
On September 23, 2009 Language Marketplace was audited by ORION Assessment Services of Canada Inc for Certification Assessment. The Auditor made the recommendation for Language Marketplace to receive CAN/CGSB-131.10 Certification for Translation Services.
Language Marketplace has also received re-certification for EN 15038 as per ON CERT Certified Services and LICS ( Language Industry Certification System).
Among others, some strengths noted on the auditors report were: “ One is able to reference the information quite readily to confirm that required steps and controls haven been fulfilled.” And also “ Internal error rates which is an indication of revisions back from the client once final documents have been sent are negligible. This speaks testable and effective processes.”
