Sekurus International LLC is pleased to announce that the world renowned SekurTrack® solution will be tracking the first annual HOG Rally during a 7,200 km round trip from Dubai to be on board with the first annual Lebanon HOG rally starting from between the 2nd and 4th October 2009.
“Sekurus International has already combined motor cycle tracking into the integrated SekurTrack® application and is the first of its kind whereby our GPS/GPRS total solution is going to track a HOG rally through Lebanon,” said CEO Basel Al Salah. “The rally will show how SekurTrack® handles cross border geo fences and multi roaming GSM networks via our new secured private APN Gateway” he continued.
Following on from the recently announced ‘roaming’ and data logging successes of the Swiss 2008 and Ride for KSA HOG rallies, Sekurus International will be accompanied by the Bikers Club leaving Dubai on 29th October via Saudi Arabia, Jordon and Syria to Lebanon to join up with the HOG members for the landmark 3 day Lebanon HOG Rally starting on Friday 2nd October.
“Our new private APN gateway became available to our clients as of the 1st of August 2009 when we started issuing new Data enabled SIM cards to our UAE clients to be used in our SekurTrack® and SekurPay® services”, said Al Salah.
Al Salah continued, “The new SIM cards communicate via Sekurus’ private APN Gateway which provides a fully managed solution setting a secured connectivity back to our Servers as opposed to the current public APN Gateway which is shared by all mobile data users. The new dedicated APN Gateway is focused on building the most secure and reliable fleet Management products for our clients.

Al Salah said, “as with previous HOG Rallies, Sekurus International is providing a special website whereby the site visitor can track the round trip from Dubai and the actual rally until its final destination back in Dubai. The site visitor can click on geo-referenced icons on the Google map screen to show the real-time locations of the rally participants that have been equipped with SekurTrack® GPS/GPRS devices. The visitor can click on any individual vehicle icon as it moves across the map to access details of its status, heading and speed”.

SekurTrack® notifies parents if their teen is speeding. Using SekurTrack® password-protected website, parents can set a speed limit and receive an SMS and/or email alert when the set speed is exceeded.
