Sept. 30, 2009 - PRLog -- Italian based DJ Producer Giangi Cappai, who recently appeared in NYC at the ALLEGRIA Party for labor day week end and tore it up royally is a self declared citizen of the world.
First know under his alter-ego "Alma Matris", the embodiment of the darkest vibe in the musical circuit. Under this pseudonym in 1997 he composed the Italian top 10 charting single "Musica Electrica/Rumore Chimico". Later, the hit song was reissued on the NY-based label *69 records, and this gave more energy to the single, projecting Giangi among the tribal heavyweights
of the world.
The Follow-Up single to "Musica Electrica/Rumore Chimico" , titled "Rapido",confirming his passion for Latin spoken vocals and for banging tribal beatsand percussions, the single in its first week topped the world charts andconquered even the fiercest dancefloors, being played by some of the best DJs all over the world.
Meanwhile, under only "GC" project, Giangi recruited Carolina Damas, of Sueno Latino, to give the voice to his new controversial single, "Humeda".
Worldwide's dancefloors went back on fire at the sound of those provoking vocals.
Mr Cappai is still a protagonist of the House charts, with The X-Factor's "Desert Rain " and with Spork's "Freek Like Me" remixes, and with the brand new productions "Music/Make It Phunkee", and his touch is also behind the exclusive remix of MADONNA “Easy Ride”, proving the world he's a real workaholic.
Hottest club compilations and fiercest dj sets world wide are full of Giangi’s most famous tribal dark grooves, (try to find the super robbed "Alma MatrisTribe Tool" e.p.) and his remix portfolio includes names like: AFRIKA BAMBAATAA, DONNA BLAKELY, XAVIERA GOLD, SHAUNA SOLOMON, CEEVOX, OFFER NISSIM, LULA, ANDREA CARNELL and many more…
Latest Giangi releases are the 4 hands project with RALPHI ROSARIO “Bring Your Soul Back” just released on Iberican Records, and the LULA “Fire and Burn” and “Last Night a Dj Saved my Live” remixes on KULT Records, and  most recently he remixed FRANKLIN FUENTES"The Robots Are Coming";

This new compilation showcases some of this new remixes on KULT Records including his remix of Italian diva Dedalena and her single entitled "Dreaming Moon" as well his remix of "Back to The future" by Pagano feat. Stewart Who?
The compilation is available as a single mixed file as well as single track download and includes also 2 yet unreleased acapellas available for single download of the new Mr Groove track entitled "Hoe Curious" and Andrea Carnell's smash hit "Open Up Your Heart"(You might have heard this on Eric Morillo new Compilation)
