Yozipovic accepted the donation on behalf of the Fullness of Life Foundation at the 2009 BICSI Conference and Exhibition held in Las Vegas this September.
BICSI, a professional association in the ITS industry, established their BICSI Cares program more than two decades ago. Their donation will go to ensuring that children with cancer have access to the benefits that advanced natural medicine can offer through the Fullness of Life Foundation’s “Give them Wings” program. In partnership with Envita Medical Centers of America the program removes families' financial barriers by sponsoring integrative care for the children and their families.
The gift comes at a critical time for the Foundation, as the down economy is escalating the need to provide financial aid and support to many young patients.
“Today’s harsh economic climate is making it even more difficult for families to afford treatment options for their children,” added Yozipovic. “Our goal is to ease that burden.”
