Hong Kong awaits the release of Mediazone Publishing's business annual titled Hong Kong's Most Valuable Companies 2010. Each year, the list grows more engaging as the publisher picks unlikely candidates based on proven value to customers and not on size of earnings or expansion.
"The central idea is to select companies that have earned consumer loyalty in terms of offering widely accepted products and services at competitive prices," said Mediazone's MD in Hong Kong, Jerone Chin.
"There is widespread interest to make the popular annual available electronically, and this is something we are weighing very carefully.
At some stage we may initiate an electonic Q&A with our editor but at this point a fully electonic publicaton may or may not be in the interest of the Group.
This year (2010) the annual promises to be more exciting on account of the presence of four world leaders in its pages. "The mix of companies too will bring in new perspective and we are sure readers will be most impressed," Chin remarked.
