His company works with a professional event planner to provide service staff, bartenders, equipment rentals and any detail the client requires. “Sometimes we set up a kitchen in the garage, or the backyard. We understand when the client doesn’t want their home kitchen invaded”.
Chef Salvatore’s background is impressive indeed. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, he has trained under such famed chefs as Georges Blanc, Michel Richard, André Daguin and others in the United States and France. “I chose to follow my dream of owning my own business rather than work under the confinements of restaurant service. I have the opportunity to customize each event, and every day brings something new”, he says. Having worked in 3 and 4 star restaurants for 20 years, he now prefers the more intimate environment of creating private events.
The company also offers a personal chef service, where he meets with the client to design a package of customized menus, prepared in their own kitchen. The menus are tailored to their tastes and needs. “We’
