Top New Tourism Website Celebrates It's First Birthday!

Sept. 29, 2009 - PRLog -- October 2008 saw a brand new website called Around About Britain catering for a multitude of accommodation options being launched to the public. It has been received exceptionally well, currently logging over 2 million hits per month, with just over 1000 unique visitors per day. This is outstanding performance for a website which will soon be just one year old.

With new properties being added throughout each day and new features which utilise the very latest website technology developed by an in-house team, added regularly to the site, it has increased traffic to the site with phenomenal success.

New features on the site include Featured accommodation listings, which highlight one property in each county at the top of search pages in order to increase their visibility on the site. Other major features include two completely new sections – one which lists Pubs & Inns with accommodation available, and another section for Hostels. These have been very successful during the last few months since their launch and further success is highly anticipated for the future.
