New launch of Luxury Boutique Country Lodge
In a secret corner overlooking Lake Rotorua, Hamurana Lodge and its 15 acre estate is opening up offering its discerning guests a sense of luxury, rejuvenation and country comfort.
Rotorua, the Tourism Capital of New Zealand, is renowned for its geothermal parks with bubbling mud and geysers but also the Maori culture and history of New Zealand. With new international air routes opening in December 2009, Rotorua’s visitors will be able to use the gateway as a base for their Central Region holidays, offering them a diversity of outdoor activities and attractions within minutes from Hamurana Lodge.
The private estate has undergone a series of renovations and additions over the past six months, to now cater for travelers in search of tranquility and the luxuries of the modern world. From spacious bright suite interiors with new designer furniture to products and amenities, all has been upgraded to offer guests the most comfortable suites to relax and indulge for romantic holidays.
To better respond to the ’Corporate Retreat’ and ’Exclusive Hire’ demands, Hamurana Lodge has developed a number of ’in house’ amenities and activities: new indoor fitness studio with cardio vascular and weight machines, heated swimming pool, tennis court, the French pétanque court and team building activities.
With new French owners having many years of hospitality experience worldwide, the food and beverages have also been carefully selected to indulge their guests. Our international European Chef designs menus for each guests indulging in a palette of flavors and local ingredients to be experienced in our restaurant Le Manoir or for in house guests in any location of the estate. The restaurant also caters for visiting guests upon bookings and let them experience the grandeur of the estate and its warm hospitality whether by the fireplace or outside terraces.
