Taste of the World Festival
PRLog (Press Release) -
Sep 28, 2009 -
The highly touted mega food event “Taste of the World Festival,” (www.tasteoftheworldfestival.com)
scheduled to kickoff in Los Angeles next month, has delayed its launch according to company organizers. “ With the media articles currently circulating regarding the uncertainty of some of the California Parks’ future and the possibility of their potential closure, along with tougher economic times for our restaurant partners, we have decided to delay our launch a few months until June of 2010”, stated Ray Jelley President of AyQueChevere Productions. “The Los Angeles State Historic Park (potential 2009 location) is one of many venues on Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger’
s list of possible Park closures”, continued Jelley. “Although we are hopeful a deal with the California Department of Parks and Recreation and Sacramento can be reached, it is our decision to search for an alternative venue for 2010.”
