210,000 women in the United States will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year alone. In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness month, The Sharmooz Satin Gifts, Sweet Wishes Gourmet Cupcakes, Lion’s Gate Fine Gifts, BE logic, Superior Office Products, Keep it Personal Monogramming and P 4.13 Shoe Boutique will launch The Annual “Where the Heart is …” Pink Ribbon Button Campaign.
Support your sisters and show them where your heart is by donating $2.00 and receive a one-of-a kind Pink Ribbon Heart Button. On the button, The Pink Remembrance Ribbon is hugging the heart expressing support for all women afflicted by breast cancer. This small gesture will help deliver much needed guidance during treatments, the alternative hair pieces (wigs, scarves and satin head wraps) and mastectomy materials. The Button campaign will begin October 1st, 2009. Twenty donation boxes will be strategically placed at local clinics, office complexes, boutiques, salons etc. (please visit the blog at http://sharmooz.blogspot.com for donation box locations) in support of this wonderful program and bring awareness to breast cancer.
