INTERNET HOSPITALS.NET launches across the USA, Asia, Europe, Africa, North and South Americas.
Instead of a doctor buying an EMR and PMS system, and continue being an island to themselves, running from room to room in their individual clinic, INTERNETHOSPITALS.NET internet community system (IH) allows them to be immediately one of many doctors on staff for joint care of patients, consults, case management, peer review, instant transfer of records and interoperability between diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and other appropriate business helpful to the organization.
Multi-media Record Storage
Included is a multi-media patient records system allowing storage of chart notes and documents and images in any electronic form or by scanning or web cam. Records are separated by doctor and only viewed by other physicians when a referral is made or when the patient does a referral through their own PHR portal. If permission is given then selected records can be viewed by PCP (primary care physicians), referring doctors, consulting doctors, company nurses, patient advocates, home care givers, etc. A record is kept of each login and document viewed. To repeat, just joining the IH system does not allow a doctor to view patients information other than ones in his or her own practice.
Patient Check-In
Patients can check-in to the Internet Hospital online and fill out common forms used for admitting and use them again for other doctors they may visit. Demographic information is automatically entered on repeated forms. Customization of a doctor’s favorite forms for including in the system is available. Business rules can be added to the forms to check for errors of omission.
Patient Connecttm
A bed-side or home recovery portal cleverly allows for 1 button recording of the patients comfort level (1-10), vital signs, etc, for instant notification of the physician and or staff. The patient can graph their own progress of the vital signs, weight loss, B/P, etc. Other features include quick referrals to fire, police, water and power departments, a web search by Google of body parts and complaints by pointing at an image of the body and even a way to contact the White House with one button. A medication and treatment appointment schedule supports all family members (or un-related home care patients) and handles repeated appointments automatically including daily, hourly, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days, 265 days, 2 years. An email reminder can also be sent by a “nursing station” module.
Genie Stay Healthy Community Workstation tm
This module converts a normal PC or Mac computer into a web browser surrounded by useful tools for staying healthy and centered along with a group of useful items to manage your workday. It’s a long realized understanding that being organized is less stressful and less stress mean less abuse and more health and comfort.
