"The Bum Magnet" chronicles a year in the life of realtor Charisse Tyson who wonders why she attracts "fixer-uppers"
Brady, a D.C. native who lives in Prince George's County, the setting of her new novel, will be making her second author appearance at this year's Capital Bookfest. "My novel is set in Prince George's County, so I'm very excited to participate and promote The Bum Magnet in my first local event. Hopefully, it will be the first of many."
About the Author
Brady works for a major government contracting firm and is an active real estate agent with Exit Realty. She's an alumnus of the University of the District of Columbia and University of Maryland University College, earning a B.A. in Economics and M.B.A., respectively. She lives just outside of D.C. with her son, William.
