Description :
Filter media is constructed from multiple layers of woven high density Polyethylene Mesh (HDPE) stitched and crimped to form deepfolds. The layers of HDPE are Progressively constructed to ensure fine filtration as well as better dust holding capacity.The folds are separated by aluminum comb type spacers to ensure uniform distribution of air flow. The Fillter media is housed in MS painted/ powder coated , Gl , Aluminum anodized / stainless steel casings. The filter media is sealed to the casing with different kind of adhesive to suit various application . Casings are avialable in Flange / Channel type construction . Suitable gasket is provided on the downstream side of the Flange. A duplex version is also available on demand to increase efficiency and dust holding capacity .These filters can be washed in mild detergent solution.
