Adult Day Care facilities typically offer the same standard services to meet the most superficial needs of its clientele, but under Raven’s’ philosophy, residents deserve more. “Most of the people who come to us would have been content with some food and shelter, but when they get here they are blown away,” says Anna Kutin, director and CEO of Raven’s. Besides scheduling physician visits and arranging trips, this free-care facility boasts its own in-house beauty shop and library, they ‘travel around the world’ and its fully staffed kitchen serves hot meals daily.
Raven’s harnesses social fulfilment, but what truly makes the difference, Kutin believes, is the employee mentality. “The people feel it,” she says, referring both to her employees’ passion for who they are helping and the clients’ enthusiasm.

Under new management since February of this year, Raven’s has more than doubled its number of clients and is looking to increase its capacity.
