Bishops Summoned Before the Bench
They should no longer call themselves “Christian”
While the German Catholic bishops are meeting in Fulda for their annual assembly, a sensational lawsuit against their President, archbishop Robert Zollitsch, reaches the Administrative Court Freiburg: The Free Christians for the Christ of the Sermon on the Mount in All Cultures Worldwide demand that the Archbishopric in Freiburg, headed by Zollitsch, as representative of the Catholic Church in its totality, be enjoined from continuing to call itself “Christian.”

The plaintiffs do not want to remain silent anymore on the “brazen labelling fraud,” with which Christ is mocked and His name abused to such an extent. Moreover, an institution which appropriates people already as infants, violates their personal rights. The 36-page statement of case can be read in Internet.

Free Christians work to rehabilitate the name of Jesus, the Christ, in view of the centuries-old abuse of His name. Christian institutions use His name but do not practice His teaching. Jesus said: The one who does my words. This has not been followed.
