The 2nd Annual New California 100 event was held in the Sacramento Sheraton Grand Hotel where managing directors and general partners representing over $100 billion in private equity funds engaged in a series of insightful and interactive panel discussions and keynote addresses focusing on the complete spectrum of the private equity landscape, including venture capital, growth capital, buy-outs and mezzanine funding.
A concurrent track of GLOBIE Sector Showcases featured angel and venture capital investors reviewed product and technology demonstrations from select New California 100 privately held innovative companies, nominated as market leaders based on their technologic innovation and economic impact in the state. Of the 3.5 million companies in California, only 400 made the initial cut and only 100 of those were selected for final inclusion in the List.
