Although ALB Tech LLC ( http://www.albtechrva.com ) has been in business since November 2007, it is now beginning to make a big impact on the city in which it resides. Starting with the giant mural being painted on the side of the building, ALB Tech is gaining exposure.
In late summer 2009, the owner of ALB Tech, Adam Lloyd Bell, was introduced to Philadelphia native artist, Hamilton Glass ( http://www.whosham.com ). The two instantly were friends and began plotting an art opening to showcase Hamilton's art. ( http://www.galleryalb.com) They also began design and development of Hamilton's online portfolio and store. Around this time it was decided that a mural on the side of the building would be fantastic exposure for Hamilton as an artist and for Adam as a business owner.
Currently ALB Tech functions as a full service computer repair shop - both PC and Mac - desktop and laptop - as well as a web design/developement/
Conveniently located on the campus of Virginia Commonwealth University, ALB Tech LLC should definitely your next stop whenever you need computer help. Virus removal, hard drive replacement, LCD screen replacement and repair, data recovery, data migration, on site service and repair including hardware, software, and networking.
With only one employee it may seem that this company may be very slow. It is in fact the opposite. ALB Tech LLC is one of the fastest computer repair shops around - having as many hands available as possible. The owner of the business opened it's doors for interns or apprentices. These interns provide ALB Tech with the manpower necessary to run such an operation.
ALB Tech is making an effort to be green. No longer issuing paper receipts, all payment receipts and invoices are emailed to the customer - saving three sheets of paper per checkout! Not only have changes been made to green the operation, but also the city. Computer recycling is an integral part of keeping things moving. Trashing many computer parts is terrible for the environment - so ALB Tech participates in monthly statewide computer recycling programs. In addition, ALB has designed the "motherboard wall" which is a work of art featuring out of service computer equipment. Go to ALB Tech today and check it out!
