Yitran’s leadership in PLC began with IT800 (7.5Kbps), which was selected by HomePlug as the baseline technology for the HomePlug C&C open standard. Yitran’s goal is to establish the new IT900 as an extension to HomePlug C&C standard as an open specification.
Yitran currently offers the HomePlug C&C-ready IT700 PLC controller, which features an 8051 MCU core for a high level of code efficiency and high speed operation. IT700 complies with worldwide regulations (FCC, ARIB and CENELEC) and is fully interoperable with IT800. IT700 is currently being deployed in AMR, Smart Home, Smart Grid, Street Light Control, Solar Panel Control and Commercial Automation applications.
